The Brian Scott - Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person! As a full-time Life Insurance Sales Producer you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Your job duties will include:

• Make outbound calls to connect with new business clients via telephone
• Explain policy coverage to their personal needs
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails

• Life Licensed in Texas
• Bilingual is beneficial
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coach-able, and work under pressure!
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Be a fantastic presenter
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Must be skilled at typing (60+ wpm)
• Must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phone
• Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
• Have no felonies
• Must have reliable transportation
• Preferably live in or near South Arlington 76017
• Will be sent an online Assessment to complete to be considered.
• NOT a remote position
• M-F 10:00am - 6:30pm
