Taubman Financial Management is looking for licensed life insurance agents who are ready to stop doing administrative busy work and start doing what they do best: selling and advising. Active life insurance license (required)
Strong communication and consultative sales skills
Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income
Interest in either individual production or team building/leadership
Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related sales role preferred
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls
