Licensed Lead Residential Plumbing Technician — Greater Boston, MA

Full-Time | Top-Tier Pay + Bonuses | Take-Home Truck | Full Benefits | No Weekends

Why This Job Is Different

Most plumbing jobs promise "great pay" and "good culture." Here's what we actually deliver: a fully stocked take-home truck on day one, real bonus structures that reward your effort, paid training that grows your income - not just checks a box - and a leadership team that treats techs like the revenue drivers they are.

We're a family-owned, multi-trade residential service company serving homeowners across the Greater Boston area. We've built a strong reputation on the back of our technicians - and we're looking for licensed plumbers who want to be part of what we're building.

If you're tired of being undervalued, under-equipped, or stuck at a company with no upward path - this is your move.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top-tier earning potential - base pay plus production, efficiency, and customer satisfaction bonuses
  • Fully stocked take-home company vehicle, iPad, and uniforms provided
  • Paid training and ongoing professional development
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid Holidays, PTO, Sick Time, and your Birthday off
