We are seeking a licensed, experienced lash stylist who wants to build a long-term career in a premium, health-first salon. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about technical excellence, creating genuine client relationships and steadily building a loyal clientele.
An Important Note About Building Your Book
We believe in being transparent about what success in this industry requires. Full-time availability does not mean a completely full appointment book on your first day.
We provide salon-generated leads, marketing, front-desk support, professional products, continuing education and a structured path for growth. Your clientele and earnings will grow through consistent availability, technical development, exceptional guest experiences, rebooking and client retention.
The strongest stylists embrace the learning and book-building process rather than expecting immediate back-to-back appointments. If you are looking for 35 hours of booked services immediately, this may not be the right opportunity. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide customized lash extension and brow services that meet our quality, timing and safety standards
- Protect the health and integrity of each guest’s natural lashes through ethical consultations and application practices
- Create a warm, professional five-star experience from consultation through checkout
- Build genuine client relationships that support rebooking and long-term retention
- Educate guests about proper aftercare and recommend appropriate retail products
- Confidently explain memberships, service upgrades and add-ons when they support the guest’s goals
- Set clear expectations about styling, maintenance and anticipated results
- Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized work environment
- Participate in coaching, development labs and continuing education
- Use unbooked time productively for practice, client follow-up, content, education and salon support
- Contribute to a respectful, accountable and team-oriented culture
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Texas cosmetology or esthetics license (Eyelash extension specialty license is not sufficient)
- At least six months of hands-on lash extension experience
- Current portfolio or photos demonstrating your lash work
- Availability for a full-time schedule, including at least one weekend day
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Comfortable educating clients about services, aftercare and products
- Receptive to coaching, quality feedback and continued technical development

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
Compensation is performance-based and includes service commission, retail commission and tips. Earnings vary based on appointment volume, retention, service mix, upgrades and retail performance. The upper end of any advertised earnings range reflects a developed clientele at the Stylist level and is not guaranteed at the beginning of employment.
New stylists begin with an onboarding and development period focused on integrating into our service standards, strengthening technique and building guest retention.
