Licensed Arkansas Journeyman or Master Electrician
Residential Service & Installation
Mister Sparky Electric | Central Arkansas
Full-Time | $28-$38/hour base plus performance pay
$70,000-$120,000+ total earning potential
Good electricians should not have to fight a broken system just to do good work.
You earned your license. You should be able to spend your day diagnosing problems, completing quality electrical work, and taking care of homeowners, not chasing calls, tracking down parts, or trying to get answers from the office.
Mister Sparky Electric is hiring an Arkansas-licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician for residential service and installation work throughout Central Arkansas.
We are looking for more than someone who can complete a task. We want a skilled professional who can identify the full scope of an electrical issue, explain it clearly, provide the right solutions, and follow the work through from diagnosis to completion.
Compensation
$28-$38 per hour base pay
Base rate determined by license, residential experience, diagnostic ability, workmanship, communication skills, and demonstrated capability
Additional performance-based earning opportunities
$70,000-$120,000+ total annual earning potential
This is not a commission-only position. You will have a strong hourly base, with additional earning potential for running complete, professional service calls.
Our highest earners are not high-pressure salespeople. They are thorough diagnosticians, clear communicators, trusted advisors, and clean executors. They uncover the real problem, help homeowners understand their options, and complete the work correctly.
Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, individual performance, and role responsibilities. We will explain the compensation structure and what is measured during the interview process.
What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems
Complete work in accordance with the NEC, Arkansas code, and company safety standards
Find the cause of an electrical problem, not merely address the most obvious symptom
Evaluate electrical systems for safety, reliability, and the homeowner's stated needs
Explain findings and available solutions in clear, homeowner-friendly language
Provide complete options and answer customer questions professionally
Perform clean, code-compliant service and installation work
Take responsibility for the call from arrival through final documentation
Record accurate notes, photos, estimates, and job summaries in ServiceTitan
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized company vehicle and jobsite
Represent Mister Sparky with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity
You do not need to be a stereotypical salesperson. You do need to be comfortable talking with homeowners, explaining the value of the right solution, and helping customers make informed decisions.
