Take your journeyman skills to large-scale commercial projects across Greater Houston.
TradeSTAR is hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for opportunities with large electrical contractors throughout the Greater Houston area. We re seeking experienced commercial electricians for long-term projects with overtime opportunities.
Install and bend conduit, pull wire, and complete electrical terminations.
Perform commercial rough-in and trim-out work.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
Install lighting, devices, panels, and associated electrical systems.
Use meters and testing equipment to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Coordinate with foremen, apprentices, and other trades to complete work safely and accurately.
Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license issued by TDLR.
Commercial electrical field experience, including large-scale construction projects.
Ability to complete assigned electrical installations independently.
Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and electrical safety practices.
Dependability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork.
