Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect with potential and existing clients, attentively understanding their insurance requirements and preferences.

Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell the full range of insurance products offered by Ludwig Financial Group, Inc., ensuring customers are aware of the best possible solutions tailored to their needs.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and present insurance products that align with their objectives.

Portfolio Management: Maintain and manage client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and updating coverage as needed.

Relationship Development: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, enhancing their trust and loyalty to our agency.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed of trends, regulations, and competitive products in the insurance industry to provide informed and up-to-date advice to clients.


Requirements

Licensing: Valid NJ Property & Casualty License is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other digital communication tools is a plus.

Team-focused: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting while maintaining productivity and motivation.
