Responsibilities
- Connect with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Present Allstate products and services in a way that feels clear, helpful, and personal.
- Handle sales conversations by phone, in person, or through other office channels with professionalism and care.
- Follow up with prospects and policyholders to keep conversations moving and provide timely support.
- Identify opportunities to help clients protect more of what matters to them through additional coverage options.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and policy changes.
- Support a welcoming office experience where clients feel heard, respected, and well taken care of.
- Work closely with the agency owner and office team to meet sales goals and deliver dependable service.
Requirements
- Active California Property & Casualty insurance license
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfort with explaining coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency with basic computer systems, CRM tools, and phone-based communication
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
