What Youll Do
Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound sales activity
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
Meet and exceed sales goals through consultative conversations
Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and account reviews
Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and coverage options
Participate in local community events and outreach to build brand presence

What Were Looking For
Active Property & Casualty license (required)
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
Insurance sales experience preferred
Sales background preferred (inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to build rapport and close business
Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)
