Responsibilities
Work agency-provided leads and develop new sales opportunities
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
Quote and sell personal lines insurance products
Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Build relationships with clients and generate referrals
Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Minimum 1 year of experience selling P&C insurance
Experience making outbound sales calls and closing business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working toward sales goals and earning commissions
Ability to work full-time in our Parker, CO office
