Kerstetter insurance, LLC an exclusive agent for Allstate Insurance Companies is seeking a full-time employee to work in the office as a sales and customer service representative. The purpose of this position is to attract new customers to Kerstetter insurance - Allstate Agency through specific agency processes and provide exceptional service and support to our existing customer base.

Salary Range: $37000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Mon-Fri Schedule

Responsibilities

**Accurately and consistently quote prospects and current customers

**Write applications in compliance with agency standards

**Sell policies to exceed agency goals

**Prospect for new business

**Develop and maintain centers of influence

**Provide excellent customer service

**A minimum of 1 - 2 year of insurance or related work experience is required.

**Experience selling P&C products and services is required.

**P&C License is required

**Personable, friendly, and energetic with a clear speaking voice.

**Proven track record of success, accountability, and reliability
