Key Responsibilities
Develop leads and schedule customer appointments
Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service
Assist with policy inquiries, coverage questions, and account updates
Support billing, policy changes, and claims-related questions
Follow agency sales and service processes
