Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm leads and prospective clients
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions
  • Educate clients on policy options in a clear and professional manner
  • Complete applications and guide clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet personal production goals and maintain consistent follow-up activities
  • Utilize CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms effectively

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools

Preferred

  • Previous insurance sales experience
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service
  • Experience working with life, health, or final expense products

Compensation
