Responsibilities

- Guide clients through the application and policy issuance process with clarity and support.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance matters.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and offer additional valuable products.
- Collaborate with the agency team to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed company sales goals.
Requirements
- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
- Proven success in a sales role, ideally within insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine desire to help clients secure their future.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
- Comfort with technology and standard office software.
