The Ellman Agency is looking for a driven, licensed P&C sales professional to join our team. If you're motivated by results, enjoy building client relationships, and want a role where your effort directly translates to your income, we'd love to talk to you.
This can be a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in Pennsylvania.
What You'll Do
- Work provided leads while also generating new business through your own referrals, networking, and prospecting efforts
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and present tailored P&C solutions (auto, home, renters, umbrella)
- Cross-sell and upsell within an existing book of business to support retention and growth
- Build and manage a strong client pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
- Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system
What You Bring
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Must reside in Pennsylvania (required)
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the discipline to succeed in a remote role
- Comfortable using CRM/agency management software and remote work tools
