As a Licensed Sales Producer, youll turn conversations into relationships and relationships into sales. Youll connect with prospects and existing customers, understand their needs, explain their insurance options, and help them choose coverage with confidence. We provide leads from multiple sources and daily coaching to help you build momentum.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

What youll do

• Connect with new leads by phone, prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects and build a pipeline through referrals and networking.
• Find opportunities to help existing customers with additional coverage that fits their needs.
• Meet sales goals while making every customer interaction helpful and professional.
• Keep customer information and conversation notes accurate and up to date.
• Complete required product and compliance training.

Youll do well here if you:

• Have an active insurance producer license in Florida.
• Sales experience
• Enjoy selling and are motivated by goals and team wins.
• Listen well, communicate clearly, and make customers feel comfortable.
• Can explain insurance in a simple, useful way.
• Handle objections confidently and dont let one no ruin your day.
• Follow through and take pride in excellent customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy for navigating policy systems.
