Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their coverage needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.

Manage and grow our existing client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Educate customers on the nuances of their policies so they feel confident and well-protected.

Process applications, endorsements, and policy changes with a high degree of accuracy.

Collaborate with our local team to implement new sales strategies that support our agency goals.

Participate in local community events to increase our agency presence and build meaningful neighborhood connections.

Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Minnesota

Valid Life and Health insurance license in Minnesota

Demonstrated history of success in sales roles

Strong computer navigation skills and comfort with digital office tools

Clear and engaging communication style for phone and in-person consultations

Previous experience working with the Farmers Insurance brand is a plus
