An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required for this role. Prior Allstate experience in property and casualty insurance sales is a must.
Required Skills
- Support the sales team by handling backend paperwork and administrative tasks
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Assist with data entry, client file maintenance, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Responsibilities Include
- Work in-office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
We will develop and train on strategies, sales techniques, sales processes and much more.
Benefits
- Base pay $16 - $20 per hour (higher base negotiable depending on licensing and experience)
