We are growing our sales team and looking for a motivated, competitive, and coachable Insurance Sales Agent / Insurance Producer who wants to build a career with an established, award-winning agency.

We invest in marketing and provide leads to our sales team.

This is a sales-focused position. You'll spend a significant part of your day talking to prospects, following up on leads, preparing insurance quotes, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.

Insurance experience is helpful but not required. We can teach you insurance, our systems, and our sales process.

What we can't teach is drive, accountability, a positive attitude, and the desire to win.

As a Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent, you'll help customers evaluate and purchase insurance products including:

• Auto Insurance
• Homeowners Insurance
• Renters Insurance
• Landlord Insurance
• Personal Umbrella Insurance
• Other Property & Casualty insurance products

Our sales approach isn't about simply providing quotes. We focus on understanding the customer's needs, identifying coverage opportunities, presenting the right insurance solutions, and confidently asking for the business.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Work agency-provided insurance leads
• Make a high volume of outbound sales and follow-up calls
• Quote Auto, Home, Renters and other Property & Casualty insurance products
• Identify opportunities to bundle Auto + Home/Renters coverage
• Explain insurance coverage and options clearly and professionally
• Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet purchased
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Bind new insurance policies
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Manage leads and follow-up activities
• Meet individual monthly sales and production goals
• Participate in daily sales coaching and ongoing training
• Learn and follow our agency's proven sales process
• Build relationships that create referrals and additional insurance opportunities

• A Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required to sell insurance.
• Already licensed? Great we'd love to speak with you.
