We're a Farmers agency and provide personal and commercial insurance using a consultative approach. Our agency finds the best solution when bundling coverage for auto, home, umbrella, life, business, motorcycles, RVs, trailers, rental homes, and more. We do this by often utilizing multiple, Farmers-owned companies, plus other insurers, depending on the risk. This means we have lots of opportunities to write more business in any given household. We are not an independent broker, but in between.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

• Attract and acquire new customers via phone, networking, or in-person using various lead sources
• Meet production goals as established
• Determine best solution for prospects and propose coverage accordingly
• Stay informed about industry trends and utilize best practices to set yourself apart from the competition
• Be coachable and learn from best practices and training provided by the agency

• Prior insurance agency experience is required
• Current licensing is required or you will soon have licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
• Ability to multi-task and use multiple programs simultaneously
• Proficient typing skills and written communication
• Great verbal communication skills
• Fast learner and open-minded
• Self-motivated and driven
• Can build rapport quick and be persuasive
