This opportunity is a customer service position within a successful STATE FARM Agency. The agency is a dynamic organization backed by many years of industry experience. It is a vital role for the agency, as it involves both the acquisition (proactive & reactive) of new business and the effective servicing of existing policies and households.
Insurance Sales Representative Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- People-oriented
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- P&C is license preferred.
Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Servicing of existing customers/households
- Engaging in proactive policy retention strategies
- Quoting and preparation of insurance proposals
- Setting and conducting Quality Conversations.
- Being personally responsible for hitting team and individual sales goals
- Assisting the agent with various research and follow-up tasks
