You already know how to sell. What if your agency let you just sell?
I'm Dan Glenn. I was a producer before I opened my own Farmers Insurance agency in August 2026, so I know what gets in a good producer's way: no leads, piles of service work, and an owner who isn't in your corner. I built this agency to fix that.
What you get here
- Leads every day, worked through a power dialer (Ricochet). You talk; you don't hunt.
- Service off your plate: Farmers Service Advantage handles most of it.
- A full shelf to sell: Farmers auto, home, umbrella, and life, plus Bristol West and Foremost specialty.
- Work from home with a small team that wins together. (If you live near Stockbridge, some in-office days.)
- An owner who still sells and coaches instead of micromanaging.
- Room to grow: our plan includes a sales lead seat as we build to 5 producers.
Pay: Base pay plus monthly commission. Most producers earn $40,000-$65,000+, with no cap. If you already know how to sell, you'll start earning commission faster.
Curious? Even if you're happy where you are, a 15-minute conversation costs you nothing. Apply and let's talk.
