Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Allstate Agency
John Thompson - Allstate Agency located in Newman, GA is hiring a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative who knows how to sell — not just take orders. This is an in-office position designed for a self-motivated closer who values real conversations, builds rapport quickly, and confidently overcomes objections to close business.
Prior Allstate experience, sales team leader and/or sales trainer experience is strongly preferred. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:
Must have an active Georgia Property & Casualty license.
Must be able to commute to our agency office located at 37 Calumet Pkwy, Ste F103, Newnan, GA 30263.

Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.
Requirements
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively present our products to potential clients
Allstate experience (required)
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
