In this position you can expect a salary of 52k with monthly and annual commission opportunities allowing you to reach up to 65k annually. In this role you will work 38 hours but be paid for 40 on a weekly basis!

Salary Range: $52000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Ability to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests accurately with a keen attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Handle incoming claim calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Document each customer interaction thoroughly in eAgent.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service. while identifying solutions that best fit the customer's needs.



Requirements
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Allstate Experience is a MUST
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient ability to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Must be well versed in eAgent and Allstate systems
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
