Salary Range: $65000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued commercial insurance clients.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and new business applications accurately.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist Account Executives with policy reviews and client servicing needs.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files within our agency management system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Active Property & Casualty License Required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance customer service role
• Prior experience managing commercial insurance accounts
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and terminology
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy office environment
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
