Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Virtual Role in Iowa

Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PMSalary:$115,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
• Develop and adjust treatment plans to align with client progress
• Offer guidance and support to individuals and families

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Active LICSW license in Iowa
• Experience in telehealth, outpatient, or nonprofit settings is preferred
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and advocacy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
