About the Role
Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems for homeowners across Central Connecticut. If you want steady, year-round work and a company that invests in its techs, this is a great next step.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Connecticut HVAC license required (D2, S1, S2, or S10 - any one)
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Active CT HVAC license required — D2, S1, S2, or S10 (any one).
