Overview

Sagility is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents to work from home. In this fully remote role, you'll provide consultative support to customers calling in to explore health insurance options. You'll qualify callers, assess their needs, explain plan benefits, and guide them toward the most appropriate Medicare plan when applicable. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a seasonal, work-from-home position.

Responsibilities

• Use active listening and in-depth knowledge of Medicare to complete a thorough needs analysis of the member and recommend a plan that fits
• Answer inbound calls from customers and walk them through Medicare and health plan options
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process
• Represent Sagility and our Fortune 10 client partners with professionalism and care
• Work from the comfort of your own home with the support of a virtual team
