This Role may be a fit for you if:
You have a current state cosmetology license
Have a desire to learn and grow in French hairdressing, and accomplish this by attending all salon educational events and team celebrations
You love this craft and feel intrinsically rewarded when you serve a guest well
You want to be paid well for your talent with competitive compensation and paid vacation time and other benefits
Feel excited about the opportunity to collaborate with other people who love this craft
You like working and are available for retail hours (weekends, some holidays, and special events)

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and foster a culture of positivity
Shows up looking fashionable with a great attitude
Will work side by side assisting a master stylist and supporting their guests
Help to keep a positive atmosphere by interacting with guests and collaborating with team members
Work to maintain a clean and refreshing environment for all guests
To maintain their style we rebook and recommend products to every guest

Cutting Loose is a full-service hair salon specializing in the French hair-cutting technique and the French Balayage highlighting technique. Developed in Paris, this posh approach designs the haircut to compliment the unique shape head and frame of the face. This personalized method of hairdressing creates wash and wear hair where the results are soft, sexy and feminine with several looks to each style. Balayage is the French method of painting highlights onto the hair.
