Whether you're an experienced stylist or a newer cosmetologist starting your career, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, serve clients, and earn through a combination of hourly pay, commissions, tips, and performance bonuses.

What You'll Do:
- Provide quality haircuts, styling, and other salon services.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for every client.
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow salon safety and sanitation procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Current North Carolina cosmetology or barber license.
- Strong haircutting and styling skills.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Both experienced stylists and newer licensed professionals are welcome to apply.
