Key Responsibilities
- Meet with families and assist with funeral and cremation arrangements
- Coordinate and oversee services, ensuring a high level of care and presentation
- Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in on-call rotation and daily operational communication
Qualifications
- Georgia Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer
- Prior funeral service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
