    Location: Seattle, Auburn, Puyallup, Tacoma (Greater South Sound Area)

    Employment type: Full-time

    Compensation: $100k-$115K, plus profit share

    About the role

    We’re looking for a hands-on Licensed Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to help build and grow our business in Washington. This is a field/hybrid role: you’ll work in the field while also helping manage projects, support customers, and develop the systems and relationships that help the business grow.

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter with fire protection experience who can take ownership, solve problems, and work effectively with customers, crews, and business partners.

    Responsibilities Licensed Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager – Field/Hybrid

     

    • Perform and oversee field work related to fire sprinkler systems.
    • Coordinate projects, schedules, materials, and field personnel.
    • Support estimating, proposals, customer communication, and business development.
    • Help maintain quality, safety, and compliance with applicable codes and requirements.
    • Build strong working relationships with customers, general contractors, and other trade partners.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operations and grow the business.
    • Keep project documentation and records organized and current.

    Qualifications

    • Fire protection experience, preferably with fire sprinkler systems.
    • Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable balancing field and management responsibilities.
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with customers and field teams.
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
    • Required: Washington State fire protection sprinkler contractor license and Certificate of Competency, or the qualifications to obtain or hold the applicable credential.
