The Jada Ashbacher Agency – Allstate is seeking an ambitious, professional, and career-driven LicensedFinancial Services Representative to join our growing team in Naples, Florida. We are looking for someone who is confident building relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping clients protect what matters most through insurance and financial services.

Position Overview
In this role, you will work directly with customers to uncover needs, build trust, and recommend insurance and financial service solutions that fit their goals. You will help generate new business, strengthen existing client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the agency.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, sales-minded, organized, and comfortable having meaningful conversations with customers about protecting their families, assets, and future.
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Educate clients on insurance and financial service options
Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer goals
Follow up with prospects, warm leads, and existing clients
Help establish and meet agency production goals
Maintain a customer-focused, needs-based approach in every interaction
Contribute to agency growth through strong sales performance and exceptional service
Requirements
Must have P&C and L&H License (or willing to obtain)
Insurance experience preferred
Sales experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships
Ability to effectively present products and services to potential clients
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude
Open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing professional development
Current and/or prior insurance licensing is a strong plus
