The Vackner Allstate Agency is a growing, award-winning agency proudly serving clients in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We are looking for a driven and dependable Customer Service Representative / Sales Team Member to join our fast-paced, team-oriented office.
No insurance experience? No problem. We will train the right person and assist with licensing.

What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Provide professional and timely customer support
- Conduct policy reviews and cross-sell opportunities
- Follow up on leads and meet monthly sales goals
- Accurately document all interactions in our eAgent system
- Maintain compliance with carrier and agency guidelines
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing team

- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Insurance license is a plus (we will assist in obtaining NY licensing if needed)
- Bilingual is a plus
