Licensed Customer Service/Account Manager

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a structured, service-focused environment. Youll support daily operations, assist clients with policy needs, and help maintain the high standards our agency is known for.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.

Process policy changes, payments, endorsements, and documentation with accuracy.

Assist clients with billing questions, coverage explanations, and claims support.

Maintain organized, compliance-ready records.

Support retention efforts, renewal outreach, and crossselling opportunities.

Uphold Farmers Insurance standards and agency expectations.

Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes
• Ability to multi-task and work well with others
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven office
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems
• Have a genuine concern for others and a passion for taking care of people
• Must currently have or attain your Wyoming Property and Casualty License within 90 days of hire. Studying on your time.
