    88,000 - 93,000 USD Per Year

    Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

    We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team.

    What you bring to SBHG:

    • Education: A Master's degree in a related social science field such as family/child counseling, development, psychology, or social services is required.

    • Licensure: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), preferred

    • Experience: Four (4) years of direct service experience with the mentally ill, children, adolescents, and/or adults is preferred. Two (2) years supervising direct care staff, in a health care setting.

    • Supervision: Two years of post-licensure experience with the ability to provide clinical supervision to registered interns/associates and/or practicum students is preferred. Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is also preferred.

    • Certifications: A valid California Driver's License and BLS CPR/First Aid certification are required.

    How you will make a difference:

    This position conducts oversight of the programming and service delivery; conducts staff supervision; acts as a resource for therapists in the delivery of therapeutic services; performs diagnostic evaluations; and develops treatment plans. Supports data collection and CQI efforts; maintains liaison with the County. Clinical Supervisor shall be on the premises the number of hours necessary to manage and administer the program component of the facility in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    Division/Program Overview:

    Program: Valley Star's Full-Service Partnership is for adults ages 18 to 59 and provides mental health services and linkage support to community services.

    Population Served: Adults aged 18 to 59

    Facility & Setting: Services are provided in the office, in-home or in community locations.

    Clinical Services: Individual and family counseling, Group Counseling, Psychiatric care, Medication management, Crisis intervention services

    Skills & Transition: Housing and vocational support, independent living skills training

    Skills & Services: Linkage support to community services, Intense case management
