Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise support (hourly) level clinical staff. Lead, direct and review the work of team members in order to accomplish operational plans and results.
- Ensure adequate staff coverage for assigned program area.
- Serve as subject matter expert for identified area of program knowledge.
- Ensure assigned team is meeting contract and individual SLA's and related requirements.
- Work with contract management and shared services to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
- Monitor team activities and ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Communicate policies, practices, and procedures to team members and support implementation.
- Provide guidance, direction, and performance feedback to team members.
- May attend client and stakeholder meetings.

- Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and consultation to staff.

- Monitor quality, productivity, timeliness, and compliance with contract requirements.

- Conduct clinical review and provide feedback to ensure assessment quality and consistency.

- Support operational improvement initiatives and process standardization.

- Collaborate with state partners, internal leadership, quality, training, and operational teams.

- Support corrective action planning, quality initiatives, and staff development activities.

- Serve as a subject matter expert for child and adolescent behavioral health assessment practices.

Minimum Requirements

- Specific clinical license and experience requirements based on contract requirements.

- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another behavioral health-related discipline

- Active independent clinical licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or comparable independently practicing behavioral health clinician

- Employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining all required New Hampshire licensure, credentialing, and program approvals necessary to perform the duties of the position.

- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory, leadership, clinical, behavioral health, or related experience

- Minimum two (2) years of experience working directly with children, adolescents, youth, and/or families

- Experience utilizing, reviewing, or supervising the completion of Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments or comparable behavioral health assessment tools

- Experience coaching staff and managing performance

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Preferred Requirements

- Experience conducting behavioral health assessments for children and adolescents

- Experience supervising licensed clinicians and managing remote clinical teams

- Experience with Medicaid-funded behavioral health programs

- Experience supporting child-serving systems, including mental health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, education, or healthcare programs

- Experience with quality management, compliance, utilization review, or clinical quality initiatives

- Knowledge of New Hampshire behavioral health systems and community resources.
