Maximus is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our Florida PASRR (Preadmission Screening and Resident Review) program in Tallahassee, FL. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Clinical Coordinators responsible for reviewing assessments and developing summaries of findings and outcomes. You will serve as a clinical subject matter expert, ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of clinical reviews while supporting complex decision-making and escalated case consultations.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Tallahassee, FL, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position also participates in an on-call rotation approximately once per quarter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise support (hourly) level clinical staff. Lead, direct and review the work of team members in order to accomplish operational plans and results.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage for assigned program area.
• Serve as subject matter expert for identified area of program knowledge.
• Ensure assigned team is meeting contract and individual SLA's and related requirements.
• Work with contract management and shared services to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
• Monitor team activities and ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Communicate policies, practices, and procedures to team members and support implementation.
• Provide guidance, direction, and performance feedback to team members.
• May attend client and stakeholder meetings.
• Specific clinical license and experience requirements based on contract requirements.
• Residency in Tallahassee, Florida
• Master degree in Social Work or Human Services
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker(LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Florida
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health and/or clinical assessment
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Requirements

• 6 years of supervisor experience
• Prior experience with quality management and/ or oversight
