Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and services
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Connect clients with community resources, support services, and referrals
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of Virginia
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health or social services setting
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse client populations
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
