Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated behavioral health team at the Onondaga Nation Health Clinic. The LCSW will provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to patients from Onondaga Nation. This role involves working collaboratively with an integrated team with psychiatry, medical social work, family medicine physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, collaborative, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and mental health evaluations with cultural humility Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with behavioral health team Provide psychotherapy (individual, group, or family) using evidence-based modalities Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Document clinical encounters accurately and maintain confidential records Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education activities Support patients with substance use disorders and trauma related sequelae

Minimum Qualifications: Valid and current NYS LCSW license Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Demonstrated experience in psychiatric or mental health settings with populations who have trauma and substance use disorders Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and evidence-based treatment modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with cultural humility

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment, experience working with diverse populations

Work Days: Monday thru Friday Days
