Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Headway Services is a DOE-contracted agency seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) for the 2026–2027 school year.

Positions are available in Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities in public, charter, private, and preschool settings throughout New York City.

• Valid New York State LCSW or LMHC license required

• Competitive pay: $85–$100/hour, based on experience
