We're seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our integrated healthcare team and help improve the lives of individuals and families throughout our communities.
At CHCCW, you'll work alongside medical providers, behavioral health professionals, and care teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Physical Requirements
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer work, and documentation, with occasional standing, walking, bending, lifting, and travel between clinic locations. Work is performed primarily in a clinical setting and may involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases. Appropriate personal protective equipment is provided and required.
Confidentiality
This position routinely handles highly sensitive and confidential patient information. Strict adherence to HIPAA and CHCCW confidentiality standards is required.
