Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Days – Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Callback on weekends/holidays required Expected Hours: No hourly guarantee Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required License/Certification: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required Valid, current, full, and unrestricted Professional License from any US state, Puerto Rico, or US territory Current BLS certification required (AHA) Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical care setting Experience with discharge planning, case management, or utilization review processes Demonstrated knowledge of electronic health record systems (Allscripts EMR preferred) Holiday coverage required – callback on weekends/holidays Housing Note: Hospital rental property very limited.
