    Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Florence, Arizona

This vital role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment, providing expert behavioral health services to diverse populations. As an integral part of our team, you will deliver high-quality mental health assessments, counseling, and treatment, contributing to the well-being and recovery of those under your care.

    Required Skills:
    • Current, unrestricted license to practice clinical social work independently in Arizona
    • Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program (CSWE recognized)
    • Minimum of one year of experience as an independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker
    • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills in mental health and substance use disorders
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
    • Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of HIPAA and Privacy Act regulations regarding patient confidentiality
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and/or Spanish is preferred

    Nice to Have Skills:
    • Experience in detention, correctional, or residential healthcare settings
    • Knowledge of the Modified Therapeutic Community treatment model
    • Experience implementing mental health treatment programs
    • Skills in diverse therapeutic modalities such as art, music, or life skills therapy
    • Experience providing telehealth services

    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
    • At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience
    • Prior experience in behavioral health within a correctional or detention environment

    Other Requirements:
    • BLS for Healthcare Providers® certification through the American Heart Association® or Red Cross
    • Ability to respond to medical emergencies and perform CPR
    • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, including rotational on-call duties
    • Ability to pass all background checks and obtain necessary security clearances
    • Physical ability to perform activities such as standing, walking, bending, and emergency response
