Required Skills:- Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited program recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Current, unrestricted license to practice clinical social work independently in Arizona
- Minimum of one year of experience as an LCSW at the independent level
- Knowledge of DSM V diagnostic criteria and mental health assessment techniques
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment
- Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office programs
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association® or Red Cross®
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience implementing mental health treatment programs or Modified Therapeutic Community models
- Background in detention, correctional, or residential healthcare settings
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience providing telehealth or tele-behavioral health services
Preferred Education and Experience:- Masters Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience
- Prior experience working in detention or correctional facilities (preferred but not required)
Other Requirements:- Ability to respond to medical emergencies and perform CPR
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, including rotational on-call duties
- Successful completion of background checks and favorable fitness determinations by the Department of Homeland Security
- Physical ability to perform activities such as walking, standing, bending, and emergency response actions
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $46.50, with a blended rate of $48.28/hr including paid federal holidays, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid sick leave.
