Primary Responsibilities
  • Clinical Care: Conduct diagnostic evaluations, establish personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical records (assessments, treatment plan reviews, session notes) in compliance with practice policies.
  • Caseload Management: Maintain a minimum average of 25 client sessions per week for full-time status.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care with external partners, including families, schools, medical professionals, case managers, and internal colleagues.
  • Professional Engagement: Active participation in staff meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active clinical license (or actively on track toward licensure) in your state. Insurance paneling for fully licensed clinicians is preferred.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Proven experience drafting Diagnostic Assessments (DAs), treatment goals, and progress notes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms (Valant experience preferred).
  • Core Competencies: Clear written/verbal communication, strong boundary setting, and experience providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations.
