Pay: $40-90/hr based on specialty and setting. Schedule: Flexible. Pick up client engagements that fit your caseload. Employment type: 1099 contractor (W-2 placement available for full-time engagements). Location: Telehealth and in-person across Atlanta, GA and surrounding region.

About the role

The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) places licensed clinical social workers into behavioral health, mental health, and human services organizations across the Southeast. Who we want

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW or equivalent state license) with at least 2 years post-licensure clinical experience. Comfortable with telehealth and in-person settings. Strong charting and documentation discipline. Prior CMHC, FQHC, IDD agency, hospital BH service line, or private practice experience all welcome.

What you would do

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy per client engagement
• Maintain clinical documentation per agency standard
• Coordinate with treatment teams, psychiatrists, case managers
• Adhere to state licensure regs, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality
• Build a steady caseload through repeat engagement bookings
