Choctaw Contracting Services (CCS) supports the Department of Defense through the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program, an integrated, interdisciplinary model focused on sustaining health, resilience, and operational readiness for Special Operations Forces and their families.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker functions as an embedded behavioral health provider within this system, delivering clinically sound, evidence-based care in a structured, mission-drive environment. The role emphasizes both treatment and prevention, supporting a high-functioning population operating under sustained physical and psychological demands.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinical Assessment & Treatment:
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.Behavioral Health Support:
Address operational stress, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment challenges.Provide psychoeducation and preventative interventions to enhance resilience and performance.Care Coordination:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers and leadership.Participate in case reviews and coordinated care planning.Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in electronic medical records.Adhere to program, regulatory, and quality assurance standards.Crisis Response and Support:
Respond to crisis situations with appropriate clinical intervention.Facilitate referrals and continuity of care as required.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program. Active, unrestricted LCSW license (U.S. or territory).Minimum two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.Demonstrated experience in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic medical record systems.Ability to meet credentialing and privileging requirements for military treatment facilities.Preferred:
Experience in DoD, VA, or government healthcare settings.Background working with military populations, veterans, and/or high-performance groups.Experience treating trauma and/or operational stress-related conditions.Familiarity with brief, solution-focused, and/or performance-based care models.WHAT YOU WILL LOVE ABOUT THIS POSITION:
