The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides psychotherapy for patients in Womans Behavioral Health Clinic in collaboration with the Psychiatrist under the direct supervision of the Physician Practice Management. This position also works closely with physicians, nursing and allied health staff, community agencies, and volunteers.

Responsibilities of the Social Worker include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate and monitor the delivery of mental health services, ensuring that patients have access to necessary outpatient resources, including therapy, follow up appointments and medication.
Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, and other mental health professionals within Woman's Hospital and the community, collaborating on the patients treatment needs
Participates on internal committees and work groups as assigned.

Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Most Fridays, 7:30am -2pm
Pay
$27.72 - $40.19 based on experience
