Licensed Clinical Psychologist ~ Outpatient

Rocky Mountain Region

 

A mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join its outpatient care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful clinical services while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that supports both clinic- and community-based programs.

 

Position Highlights

Salary Range: $115K–$145K annually (DOE)
Full-time, benefited role
️ Outpatient-focused clinical practice

️ Opportunity to provide supervision to doctoral interns

 

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluations
  • Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with providers across disciplines to coordinate care
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and on-call rotation as needed
  • Evaluate and support individuals receiving voluntary and involuntary care

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license in the applicable state (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and co-occurring substance use disorders, preferred
  • Bilingual / bi-cultural experience, a plus
